This privacy policy explains the types of personal data that Myosotis Film & Photography may collect about you whilst you interact with us. We collect and process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We do not disclose data to any third parties unless it is necessary for the fulfilment of a service, you have specifically given consent for a particular service, or we have a legitimate interest in disclosing data. Instances in which we do disclose data to third parties are outlined below.


Copyright

All edited photographs on our website are displayed under the copyright of Myosotis Film & Photography and are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Clients may receive the licence to use the images in certain ways as part of their contract agreement. 

If you require permission to use any images commercially, for press purposes, or in any other way, please contact us at [email protected]. 

Should you wish to share any of our images on a public forum, such as your own website or social media channel, we request that credit is attributed to Myosotis Film & Photography.

Personal Information

We only collect and hold personally identifiable information - such as your  name and email address - that has been voluntarily given to us via the contact form on our website or directly via email / phone. The information provided is only used to reply to your message or to contact you directly.

In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, and page interaction. 

We do not collect, use or disclose your Personal Information for any purpose other than outlined in our Privacy Notice, except with your consent or as required by law.

The Myosotis Film & Photography website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to showcase our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store all their data on secure servers behind a firewall.
